On the occasion of International Circomondo Festival 2015 a conference was held to analyze two important themes: “the minor migrants’ condition” and “the routes of minor migrants”. Then the idea of an European Charter was born to promote a stronger defense of minor migrants’ rights. A group of leading experts in the fields of international cooperation and rights of minors wrote the first principles of the Charter , which was presented to the public and press, on January 2016. The work to define the text of the European Charter will go on in Spring 2017 in San Gimignano, with an international specific seminar. EUROPEAN CHARTER PDF
